Sales Tax:

A sales tax shall only be charge to orders which are in the state of NY. New York sales tax is 8.625%.


Return Policy:

1a: All Returns are permitted within 10 days upon receiving of merchandise. (For AllSeating products please read below, Section 4d.)

2b: On all Returns there shall be a 15% restocking fee of total sales price. Exact shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. On items that come from Bestar there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable as well as the shipping charges of merchandise being returned.

3c: On all Merchandise being returned. Items must be placed in original packaging in which items was shipped out in.

4d: Returns for all AllSeating products: Since all AllSeating products are custom made with features chosen by the customer; Returns are allowed within 10 days upon receiving of merchandise. On returns there shall be a 30% restocking fee since these products come custom made with features chosen by the customer. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. On cancellations of orders while an AllSeating product is in production, a 25% service charge is assessed based on product processing expenses. Please note that on all AllSeating products, you are provided with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

5e: All returns must be approved before item(s) are shipped back. Please contact us at 1-800-996-6324 so you may be issued a RMA number before sending your order back. If you do not have a RMA number and you ship your order back it will be refused. So please contact us before hand.


Shipping & Shipping Charges:

  • Orders are usually shipped out within 24 to 48 hours after order processing is completed unless otherwise stated within item's description page.

  • At this point we at Just My Office Furniture offer our customers Free Ground Shipping to all the 48 contiguous states. For an item that is eligible for Free Ground Shipping, you will see this icon on the product description page: "Qualifies For 
Free Ground Shipping" on the product info page. This offer is extended to within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. We will contact you with freight pricing for International shipments and to HI/AK/PR, & the U.S. territories. If you are not sure if an item has "free shipping" please contact a sales representative at 1-800-996-6324. Currently, items in our "Bed, Bath & Linens" department is charged a nominal shipping & handling fee. Our Free Shipping offer is for a limited time and can be change at any moment, So Save Big & Order Today!!!  If you need your order to be delivered quicker please contact one of our sales representatives at 1-800-996-6324 and they may assist you with the different shipping methods available.

  • We use either UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS as our carriers. Items that cannot be shipped through U.P.S. or FedEx are shipped using a freight trucking service such as Yellow Freight. These services include a dock or street level (curb side) delivery only. Inside delivery to a home or office are extra for truck shipments. If inside delivery is needed you may contact us by phone or e-mail so we may provide you with that cost. Fees are charged based on location and floor. Some U.P.S./FedEx shipments are partially disassembled to reach carrier carton limits. We will ship U.P.S. whenever possible. For more info please see our Frequently Asked Questions for more details (see below).

    For "Air Deliveries" (3 Day, 2nd Day, & Next Day); they require additional charges. We will contact you with the additional amount since it varies depending on the items size, weight, and girth.

    Most of our furniture is in stock and available for shipment. 

  • Freight or Common Carrier Shipments: Truck deliveries can generally take anywhere between 3-14 business days for delivery; this, is dependent on the delivery location from our warehouses. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by our suppliers. This service is a "Tailgate Delivery". Most of the time the driver will bring your new furniture to your doorstep, however, in rare cases the driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence. If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this. Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed. Inside delivery can be arranged, please call for details - Additional charge may apply.

    Please note; If your shipping address is listed as a rural area and your order requires special handling for delivery by our carriers then you may incur additional shipping costs. These areas are called "Beyond Delivery Points". These points are destination zip codes that make it difficult for the freight carrier to reach which may require them to use a 3rd party delivery service or some other means to reach your address. The fees are usually nominal (around $40-$50) and we would notify you of the fees before your order ships. Below we provided a list of zip codes that may incur additional fees. Only the first 3-digits of your zip code are used to determine this.

Damages & Claims:

In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the first item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item. If you accept the merchandise and then notice afterwards that it is damaged we need to be notified within 5 business days to rectify the situation as easily and quickly as possible. We've made it easy to search; just select the type of office furniture you want (office chairs, computer desks, bookcases, etc.), and you'll see thumbnails (pictures) of the different products we offer. Yes, when your order is received and processed we will confirm this with you via e-mail. We will send this confirmation to the e-mail address used when making your purchase. Customers sometimes call us saying they have not received an e-mail. Some of our furniture is assembled, but most of it is quick and easy to assemble. 9. How will my furniture ship?

-UPS/FedEx/Airborne Express Deliveries

When possible, your package will ship either with UPS, FedEx, or Airborne Express; doorstep service is usually available. These carriers will not notify you prior to delivery.
Shipments are sent out using ground service, since shipping is Free. Ground service can generally take anywhere between 3-10 business days for delivery, this, dependent on delivery location. 10. Can I get an inside delivery?

Yes, for an additional fee we can arrange an inside delivery for a fee typically around $80, but it depends on your situation and is evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact us for a quote if this service is needed. 


11. Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Sorry we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses. Our cartons are too large. You may want to ship to a friend or relative who can then forward your shipment.


12. What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?

All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty. Bestar - 5 years, Office Star - 5-25 years, Leda Desk - 1 year, AllSeating - 10 years, Boss - 6 years, 9to5 Seating - 12 years.


13. Who Handles Customer Service?

We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements, etc. There will be a note in the literature that comes with your new furniture that will direct you who to call in the event that service or replacement is needed. If this information is not available, please contact us for assistance. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. 14. What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

15. What is the Cancellation Policy?

If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. Restocking fee may apply. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us and we will assess the situation.


16. What is the Return Policy?

Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Though, to read our Return Policy in full, please go to our
"Return Policy" (click here) section. There you will have a in detail our return policy for all our items. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 21 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once our warehouse receives the returned item.
